We have a range of fully serviced musical instruments that are perfect to start a musical journey. Our rental scheme is perfect for the beginner starting their musical lessons, with a low monthly cost paid via Direct Debit and minimal commitment.

Is there a minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 3 months.

How do I pay?

You pay monthly by Direct Debit

Is the instrument insured?

No, we recommend you talk to your insurance company and naming the instrument on your policy.

Are there any upfront costs?

There is an initial setup fee, this pays for the full service the instrument before it comes to you

Will I need anything else?

Not specifically - but you make choose to buy some extras like a book bag, music stand or accessories

Are the instruments disinfected?

All instruments are fully serviced, cleaned and disinfected.

What if my instrument is faulty?

We allow for general wear and tear and will repair or replace in those instances.

If there is an accident over and above wear and tear the cost is the customers responsibility.

The rental agreement is a hire agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act.

To hire an instrument we require a form of Photo ID with a name & address and a current debit or credit card.  At the point of setup we will take a mail order transaction to link your address to your debit card. Once payment is taken Our terms and conditions will be sent via email. At this point you enter into a rental agreement and accept will be asked to accept our terms and conditions. This will form your explicit consent to the rental terms and conditions and allow us to process your personal data accordingly.
